Scott Barlow

Scott will be heading up the commercial building surveying team, bringing with him over 30 years of experience within the sector. Whilst Scott covers all aspects of building surveying, he specialises within the areas of dilapidations, pre-acquisition and due diligence advice, building pathology and party wall matters. He has worked for a range of investors, developers, landlords and tenants on a national basis, although his focus has always been on the local market. He will be working closely with the well-established agency, professional and property management teams at Whybrow, in order to be ensure we provide our commercial clients with the professional and co-ordinated advice they require.
